Dialysis At Home 2025
Join us on Thursday, Nov. 20, for a free, one-day virtual event dedicated to educating the kidney community about home dialysis.
This free, virtual gathering provides a space to connect with one another while learning about home dialysis.
Join us if you:
- have late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD)
- have end-stage kidney disease (ESKD, also known as kidney failure)
- are on dialysis (in-center or home dialysis)
Connect with and hear from patients, advocates, care partners, and health professionals as they discuss options for home dialysis and ways to support your mental health as well as showcase innovations for at-home dialysis care.
